Partner With WezaHome
WezaHome is a mission housing program powered by African Diaspora Impact Center, Inc. We are building a responsible cooperative pathway that helps Africans and the diaspora explore home ownership, shared prosperity, community wealth, and long-term stability without beginning with a 30-year bank mortgage.
Partnership Priorities
WezaHome is not asking partners to endorse a finished housing product blindly. We are inviting serious organizations into a reviewed process that strengthens credibility, member protection, financial readiness, pilot design, and community trust.
Advisory
Support the design of cooperative, shared-equity, land, governance, reporting, and member protection structures.
Community
Help educate communities, host listening sessions, identify member needs, and build trust through familiar institutions.
Finance
Support financial education, savings discipline, credit-union relationships, CDFI conversations, and responsible funding pathways.
Development
Explore pilot markets, land opportunities, seller-financing readiness, builders, construction models, and location strategy.
Legal
Review membership language, state-by-state housing constraints, nonprofit governance, disclosures, and enrollment safeguards.
Impact
Support education, community readiness, feasibility studies, pilot research, member resources, and launch-stage capacity.
How Partnership Works
Your organization shares its mission, geography, and preferred partnership role.
We review mission fit, practical capacity, member value, and potential risk boundaries.
Aligned partners are invited into a focused conversation around the best collaboration path.
We define next steps for advisory support, community education, pilot-market design, or sponsorship.
Partner Inquiry
Use this form if your organization wants to explore collaboration with WezaHome. This is a partnership inquiry only. It does not create a legal agreement, fundraising commitment, housing offer, or endorsement.
Thank you for your interest in partnering with WezaHome. We will review your submission and follow up if there is a strong alignment for advisory, community, financial readiness, development, sponsor, or implementation collaboration.
