These Terms of Use govern access to and use of WezaAfrica and the WezaAfrica digital ecosystem, including WezaPulse, WezaHome, WezaHealth, WezaTrade, WezaEarn, WezaMove, WezaLearn, and WezaLove. The platform is operated by WezaAfrica and ADIC, Inc.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WezaAfrica. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have authority to submit any information you provide.
2. Platform Purpose
WezaAfrica is a digital gateway connecting Africans on the continent and in the diaspora to information, programs, communities, opportunities, and partner services. Some features are informational, some are waitlist-based, and some may connect users to third-party or partner services.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
WezaAfrica does not guarantee housing approval, investment returns, employment, immigration outcomes, medical outcomes, educational placement, partnership approval, or financial results. Users are responsible for their own decisions and due diligence.
4. WezaEarn
WezaEarn is an ADIC Inc empowerment program focused on education, mentorship, workforce readiness, opportunity discovery, and AI-assisted matching support. WezaEarn is not an employment agency and does not guarantee jobs, gigs, income, hiring, scholarships, or professional outcomes. Companies and organizations make their own final hiring, contracting, sponsorship, or engagement decisions.
Some WezaEarn features may be free, including mentorship participation. Other future services, such as featured opportunity listings, premium alerts, sponsored programs, paid workshops, or company matching tools, may require payment or separate agreements.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful, and current information.
- Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, attack, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Do not use WezaAfrica for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful activity, or harmful conduct.
6. Medical Disclaimer
WezaHealth does not provide emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for direct care from a licensed medical professional. See the dedicated Medical Disclaimer.
7. Investment and Financial Disclaimer
WezaTrade and related investment content are informational and exploratory unless otherwise stated. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may link to third-party services, including partner platforms and external sites such as Face2Face Africa-related properties and the Transatlantic Corridor. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or actions of third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
WezaAfrica names, designs, content, platform concepts, copy, workflows, and visual identity are owned by or licensed to WezaAfrica and ADIC, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit platform materials without permission.
10. AI-Generated Content
Some features, including WezaPulse summaries and WezaEarn readiness or matching support, may use AI-assisted processing. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions and should be verified against original sources, qualified professionals, or final decision-makers where appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WezaAfrica and ADIC, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
12. Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable laws of the United States and Nigeria, depending on the user, transaction, dispute, and service involved.
